We are happy to share that the community pool improvements are now complete, and the pool is open for use again.
Thank you to all residents for your patience while this work was completed. These improvements are part of the Board’s ongoing effort to maintain and improve the community’s amenity areas for all residents.
In addition to the pool improvements, the pool and playground are now fully lighted at night with hard-wired LED lights. This upgrade replaces the solar lights that needed frequent replacement and created a recurring annual expense for the Association. We hope the new lighting will last longer and provide better, more reliable visibility in the amenity areas.
At the June 25 Board meeting, the Board approved replacing the mulch in the playground area with turf. This project will require a temporary closure of the playground while the work is completed.
Once the project dates are confirmed, we will communicate the closure dates to residents by email.
If you are not receiving email notifications from the resident portal, please contact our management company so they can help make sure you are properly set up to receive community updates.
After the playground turf project is complete, the Board’s next planned projects include:
These projects are part of our continued effort to improve community safety, access control, drainage, and the overall appearance of shared areas.
There are many more projects planned for the community, including bulk townhome maintenance once the Association’s court case concludes.
The Board is made up of volunteers, and additional help is always appreciated. If you have time and would like to get involved or help with community projects, please contact our management company and let them know you are interested.
Thank you again for your patience and support as we continue working to improve Arbors at Meadow Woods.
